have to modify the flywheel. The 12v flywheel uses an "O" ring and the ID of the flywheel will need to be enlarged to 2.165" just back to the "O" ring grove. The 6v
trany. will need to be a small amount for the larger flywheel. Get a 6 to 12 volt starter bushing and a 12v starter. The other way is to run the 6v starter on 12 volts. If the 6v starter is used only in short burst
(not grinding for 3 minutes when your out of gas) the 6-volt starter running on
12 volts will last a long, long time. Vic
